Centuries ago, when civilizations around the world were transitioning from hunter-gatherer societies to agricultural communities, our civilization was engaged in profound and meaningful research that was ahead of its time. One of the great sages and spiritual researchers of that era was Sri Kapil Muni Ji. He introduced the concept of yoga, a practice that has had a profound impact on humankind. Later, Maharishi Patanjali expanded and elaborated this concept by researching further. Compilation of  his research is known as “Yoga Sutra.” Since then, yoga has been enlightening and benefiting humanity.

It fills us with great pride to know that the world has recognized and honored India’s unique contribution to the global community by declaring June 21st as “International Yoga Day.” This special day allows us to celebrate and promote the practice of yoga worldwide.

Our beloved family members, Riju Ji and Richa Ji, have taken the initiative to organize an online yoga session on Zoom tomorrow. Their aim is to spread the blissful fragrance of yoga in our lives. We kindly request you to spare just 21 minutes from your daily schedule and join this session. Let us collectively celebrate this invaluable gift bestowed upon humanity by our wise sages.
